Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund or Cancellation is applicable only in the following scenarios

1. Online Payment Transaction Failure – In this case payment shall be returned abiding Axis Bank Payment Returns Policy.2. Refund or Cancellation is availed only on the cases of natural calamities and grievances.

3. Cake Square Chennai is not responsible for mistake in the delivery address or any other incorrect details furnished in the website, on such case if order is not delivered because of the incorrect details, payments made shall not be refunded.

4. Refunds will not include tax,  shipping charges, credit/debit card processing fee in any of the refund circumstances.

5. Cake Square Chennai is not responsible if the recipient is not reachable/ recipient not available during delivery , on such cases Cake Square Chennai has right to cancel the order without any explanation and refunds will not be given.

6. Any compliants on the product quality / Website will fall under Indian Jurisdiction.

7. Refunds referring to point number (2.) should be collected from the main branch, ( 5/79 Butt Road, Mount Poonamalee High Road, St Thomas Mount, Chennai- 600016.) no bank transfers cannot be given.
